Bachelors degree in Biology with minors in Political Science and English Literature (Butler University, 2003), Masters in College Student Personnel with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Student Development Theory (Miami University, 2005), Ph.D. in Environmental Studies (Antioch University New England, 2014).

Professional background in higher education- both as an administrator and as faculty. A true passion for high-impact practices that bring learning to life for students, and help them to reach their full developmental and learning potential.
