This form directs stakeholders through a short series of questions to identify learning outcomes specific to their context. Your responses to these questions will pull up the selected learning outcomes. At the end of the form, you will have access to a compiled list of outcomes for each stakeholder.
These learning outcomes were developed through an iterative team process and reflect CETR goals, values, and individual program purpose.
